Panna Community Development Foundation (PCDF) is a leading research, monitoring & evaluation, and development consultancy organization in Bangladesh, delivering evidence-based solutions that help governments, development partners, INGOs & NGOs, and the private sector make informed decisions and create sustainable impact.

Founded in 2016, PCDF has been delivering high-quality research, monitoring & evaluation, impact assessment, and consultancy services across Bangladesh. Technical and Managerial

PCDF’s highly qualified staff ensures that client service contracts are carried out in a reliable, professional and cost-effective manner. At the headquarters in Dhaka, PCDF currently employs 10 full time technical and Professional staff. We employ additional staff as core consultants, plus a large number of short-term international and national consultants who provide additional expertise as and when needed.

PCDF makes every effort to ensure that effective and efficient overall management is in place throughout all assignments. Quality of service is a prime concern of PCDF and to that extent a designated experienced quality assurance expert is tagged with each project, who has in-depth understanding of technical aspect. This works as an invaluable asset to each assignment. PCDF has financial solvency and logistics for conducting similar study.

Objectives of the Firm

The main objectives are as follows:

  1. To conduct need-based research and consultancy in the areas of rural roads and infrastructure development, Social protection and Human Rights, poverty reduction, enterprise development, health and nutrition, Sexual & Reproductive Health, education needs assessment, gender issues, and sustainable development.
  2. To work at the grassroots level in villages/wards for social, cultural, health care, educational, and environmental development of under privileged rural and urban slum communities including ethnic
  • To promote and provide health care and health services to create a positive impact on the lives of disadvantaged groups (especially focusing on mother and child health) through strengthening health service delivery and enabling access to education in Bangladesh.
  1. Undertake various activities to alleviate the deteriorating food and nutritional situation amongst the distressed groups, especially women and children and to initiate a process of holistic development by combining food assistance with health care, functional literacy and skill training.
  2. Carry on humanitarian, charitable program & public health awareness program among the poor people through establishing charitable hospital & clinic.
  3. Undertake emergency relief, emergency health treatment, health campaign and rehabilitation activities during natural disaster.
  • Collect and compile set of data for research activities and disseminating important information through appropriate publications (booklets, leaflets, journal, article, and bulletin) among the target audience.
  • Conduct trainings including, Para-medical trainings, computer trainings, vocational trainings, primary health care trainings, Human Resource Development training, Youth Development trainings, gender & development trainings, and other health care & health related trainings. All the training will be run by the organization free of cost.
