Capacity Development, Education and Training (CDET): We have a strong pro-equity base, and we aim to develop the capacity of the health system in Bangladesh, particularly in the public sector, through training. We contribute to developing the capacity of our staff, partner organisations, and other institutions through facilitating training, orientation, and workshops using our in-house pool of experts.

Behaviour Change Communication and Advocacy (BCCA): We develop and implement communication and advocacy programmes for different sectors to create awareness, increase knowledge, and influence behaviour to support national policies and strategies. We prepare tools, guidelines, and related materials for specific target groups. We create a supportive environment with information and communication to achieve the desired change in the behavior of the target group. We develop BCC materials in context-specific and culturally appropriate language.

Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E): M&E is an embedded concept and constitutive part of all our project designs. We engage in participatory monitoring of our project activities to ensure the utmost quality and transparency. We also conduct midterm and end-of-project evaluations for other stakeholders in the field of health and education.
